Refund & Return Policy

At Aaurivaa, we take care to pack and dispatch every order safely. Since perfumes are personal-use, hygiene-sensitive, and liquid fragrance products, our return policy is limited.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a leaked product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product
- You received an incomplete order
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fragrance after purchase
- Personal scent preference
- Fragrance not lasting as expected due to skin type, weather, usage, or storage
- Product already opened, used, sprayed, or tampered with
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product use
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
2. Reporting Window
To raise a return, replacement, or refund request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Proof Required
To help us verify the issue, please share the following:
- Order number
- Full name and contact number
- Clear photos of the outer package
- Clear photos of the product received
- Clear photos/videos showing leakage, damage, wrong item, or defect
- Unboxing video, strongly recommended for damage, leakage, missing item, or wrong product claims

4. Product Condition
For any approved return or replacement, the product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With labels, seals, and accessories intact, wherever applicable
- Not tampered with, sprayed, altered, or damaged after delivery
If the product is found used, tampered with, or different from the claim, the request may be rejected.
5. Verification Process
After receiving your request, our team will review the proof submitted. We may request additional photos, videos, or information.
Approval of return, replacement, or refund is subject to verification by Aaurivaa.
6. Replacement
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement for the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternate product, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.
7. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after approval. However, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, or other non-product charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the refund is due to an error from our side.
8. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be handled as per this Refund & Return Policy after delivery, only if it meets the eligible conditions.
9. Damaged During Delivery
If the product is damaged during delivery, please do not discard the packaging. Photos/videos of the original packaging and product condition are required for claim verification with the courier partner.
10. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, we may deduct shipping, return shipping, payment gateway, or handling costs from any eligible refund.
