Aaurivaa currently ships orders across serviceable locations in India.
We offer Pan India Free Delivery on eligible orders, unless otherwise stated on the website, checkout page, or promotional offer.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing may take longer during sales, new launches, high order volume, public holidays, courier disruptions, or operational delays.
Business days usually mean Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is generally 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Remote areas, non-metro locations, regional restrictions, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events may cause additional delay.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we may share tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the contact details provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Aaurivaa will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete details, or customer unavailability.
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their internal policy. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may require additional shipping charges.

While we try to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

- Public holidays
- High order volume
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Remote or non-serviceable pin codes

Aaurivaa shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Leaked Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, please take photos/videos before opening or using the product.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct before placing the order.
If the order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
9. Change of Shipping Address
Address changes may be accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
